We are a couple passionate about hospitality. Alexandre was born in Chartres but left the city at the age of 18 to live in Paris and London. Laetitia, on the other hand, is from Yvelines. After living in Paris and London, we spent 12 years in Versailles with our family. Together, we decided to settle in Chartres and to share our love for the city by opening tourist accommodations to welcome travelers from all over the world. We have three children, and our motto is to do our best to provide our guests with a memorable and comfortable experience.

Rules
Parties are prohibited.
The accommodation is entirely non-smoking (inside and by the window).
Pets are not allowed.
Respect for the resident neighbors, especially regarding noise.
Arrivals are between 4 PM and 10 PM, and departures are before 10 AM.
The traveler who books must personally stay in the accommodation.
No commercial activities.
Legal and respectful use of internet access.
The accommodation must be left clean.
