Free cancellation up to 5 days before the arrival date

A deposit of 300 EUR per bank imprint will be requested without any impact on your bank card limit.

• Parties are prohibited
• The accommodation is entirely non-smoking (inside and at the window)
• Animals are prohibited
• Respect for resident neighbors, particularly with regard to noise.
• Arrivals are between 4 and 9 p.m. and departures before 10 a.m.
• the traveler who books must personally stay in the accommodation
• No commercial activities
• Legal and respectful use of internet access
• The accommodation must be returned clean.
• The key boxes are under camera surveillance
• We decline all responsibility for your personal belongings, particularly your cars.
